1. An Image Editor (Photoshop, Gimp, etc.)
2. Swishmax or Adobe Flash

1. Open the jpg files in your image editor and crop them to your project size. Photoshop has a batch export option which can make this step efficient.
2. Import the jpg files into either Swishmax or Adobe Flash and place/remove each individual jpg (or frame) down the timeline.

1. See the enclosed .swi or .fla file or an example of how the jpgs are placed on the timeline.
2. Optimizing the individual jpgs will reduce the project size considerably and assist with a smooth transition between frames.
3. Experimenting with the frame rate will also assist with a smooth transition between frames.
